I believe that true healing is available for everyone. You can also move beyond your triggers and past wounds into a life of freedom, confidence, and happiness!

I understand that the journey to true healing is a challenging one that requires trust and safety. I am committed to creating an environment where you feel validated and heard, allowing you to show up as your authentic self. I take competence seriously and only practice evidence-based modalities backed by research (and the success stories of her former clients!).

My goal is to help each client engage with the world from a healed place rather than a wounded place. I assists them in finding true healing through humanistic methods and evidence-based techniques. I identify as a counselor with Christian beliefs and can incorporate this into my counseling sessions upon my client's request.

I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Georgia and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy in various settings, including college counseling centers, in-patient facilities, and community mental health agencies.
